The Opportunity

As an IT Analyst, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support while helping maintain and improve the organisation's IT infrastructure and cloud environments. You will play a key role in supporting business users, managing Microsoft technologies, maintaining security standards, and contributing to ongoing technology initiatives.

This role offers a great blend of operational support, infrastructure administration, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and administer enterprise IT infrastructure across on premises and cloud environments
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services
• Manage and monitor Azure and cloud based platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues through the service desk
• Maintain system performance, backups, patching, and health monitoring
• Configure and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
• Support networking technologies including switches, wireless access points, and firewalls
• Assist with cybersecurity operations, incident investigation, and disaster recovery activities
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Support video conferencing and collaboration technologies
• Contribute to infrastructure and technology improvement initiatives
• Assist with IT asset management and equipment lifecycle activities
• Provide occasional support to international offices and remote locations
• Participate in after hours maintenance and planned system upgrades when required

About You

You will be a proactive and technically capable IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting business users in a fast paced environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or similar roles
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting capability
• Experience supporting Azure cloud environments
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience supporting networking technologies including switches, wireless networks, and firewalls
• Exposure to cybersecurity controls, security monitoring, and incident response
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow
• Experience within Energy, Utilities, Critical Infrastructure, Operational Technology (OT), Cyber Security, or Managed Services environments is advantageous
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
