Project Manager

Our client is a well-established, main contractor which is renowned for delivering commercial office fit outs within the CAT A & B sectors across London. We are assisting them in their search for a Project Manager to join a team on a £10m CAT A commercial office fit-out based in Oxford Street.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 50,000 sq ft of commercial CAT A office space.

You must ensure health and safety compliance as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering £5m - £15m commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a healthy pipeline of work.
