The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring high performance and sales excellence. • Recruit, train, and coach staff to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills. • Drive financial performance by meeting and exceeding membership sales goals and KPIs. • Implement and oversee sales strategies to ensure consistent achievement of targets. • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement. • Ensure exceptional member and guest experiences from initial interaction through onboarding.
