Senior Insights Lead - Consumer & Shopper Strategy (Hybrid)

Goodman Fielder seeks an Insights Lead to shape how data informs marketing decisions across iconic Australian brands. You will lead the new Marketing Engagement & Effectiveness team, turning rich shopper, survey and social data into decision-ready insights.

You will work across brand, sales and innovation to elevate evidence-based decisions and explore AI-enabled approaches. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on analysis, building repeatable insights frameworks and fostering a culture
