A leading private equity firm with a significant European investment portfolio. The firm operates across multiple European markets, with technology playing an increasingly important role across its investment and operational activities.

Role

As the IT Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of technology initiatives spanning infrastructure, applications, data, and broader transformation.

You'll work closely with technology teams, vendors, senior business stakeholders, and deal captains to establish priorities, manage delivery, and provide clear visibility across multiple concurrent projects.

This is a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly, requiring someone who can bring structure without creating unnecessary process.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technology projects from scoping through delivery.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Prioritise initiatives across the wider technology portfolio.
• Work directly with deal captains and senior business stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal technology teams and external vendors.
• Provide concise reporting, governance, and escalation.
• Identify delivery risks and drive issues through to resolution.

Key Skills

• Strong IT project or programme management experience.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk, and dependency management.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional technology teams.
• Comfortable operating autonomously with rapidly changing priorities.
• Desirable: Private equity, investment management, or financial services experience.
