The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Spearhead complex integration activities and the creation of test environments and tools.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and author comprehensive test reports.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define test criteria based on customer requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a strong focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar system integration and test activities, including hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Experience with C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/analysis.
• Understanding of configuration management, quality assurance, requirements management, and automated testing tools.
