The Role • Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives focused on residential security and automation. • Spend approximately 70% of time in the field and 30% in the office. • Oversee daily team activities, including interviewing, hiring, and training new representatives. • Set sales targets, manage leads, and track team performance. • Motivate the sales team through consistent communication and support. • Conduct ride-alongs for training and development of sales representatives. What You'll Need • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, with supervisory experience strongly preferred. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. • Proficiency in using technical devices for sales and communication (laptops, tablets). • A reliable personal vehicle for travel within assigned territories. • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing field and office responsibilities. • Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
