Java Developer (Exp 7+ Years ) with DevOps Exp-Full Time-Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong DevOps and OpenShift experience to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services, JPA/Hibernate, multithreading, design patterns, and OpenShift, along with experience using CI/CD and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable application components using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Apply appropriate design patterns, multithreading, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Develop persistence layers using JPA/Hibernate.
• Work with Spring modules such as Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Perform detailed technical impact analysis and provide scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to understand requirements.
• Develop unit and integration tests and ensure application quality.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
• Deploy and manage Java applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.
• Work with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible for build and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and adopt them where appropriate.

Required Technical Skills

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java / Java 8+.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Multithreading and Concurrency.
• Strong experience with JPA/Hibernate.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with OpenShift.
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
