They are seeking a seasoned Team Leader for Electrical Engineering to join their operations in Dresden, Germany. The role offers a structured onboarding process, allowing you to build expertise before stepping into a leadership position. The Role • Lead and develop a team of electrical technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. • Oversee the assembly of electrical and mechanical components and systems based on technical drawings, adhering to cleanroom standards. • Conduct initial tests, commissioning, and functional checks of equipment, culminating in customer acceptance. • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations as the responsible electrical specialist for the team. • Actively contribute to defining, implementing, and refining workflows for ongoing projects. • Communicate and collaborate closely with clients throughout project lifecycles. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering field or a qualified advanced degree such as Master Electrician or Technician in Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering. • Substantial professional experience in installing electrical components and systems. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team in a collaborative and encouraging manner. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Strong German language skills and a good command of English. • A solutions-oriented approach with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. • Possess a valid driver's license and be open to occasional travel within Europe.
