we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning and Execution: develop detailed project plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage project budget technology initiatives.
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
    • Monitor and mitigate risks.
    • Serve as primary point of contact between project team, stakeholders, vendors and leadership.
    • Ensure adherence to technical standards, obtain approval of and track exceptions.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
    • Facilitate training and support for en-users of new systems or applications. Perform related duties as directed

Mandatory Skills:

    1. Technical Acumen: Understanding of IT concepts, software development, web technologies, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
    2. Strong leadership skills to guide teams, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
    3. Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. OR
    4. High School Diploma with Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise environment.
    5. Three (3) years working as a Project Manager with at least one (1) year in technology
    6. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) OR five (5) years working as a Project Manager with at least two (2) years in technology
    7. Proficiency in structuring and administering Microsoft Teams channels, files and permissions.

Desirable Skills:

    1. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
    2. Successful delivery of a complex or large scale IT projects
    3. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
