What's in it for you?<br />Salary up to £43,000 depending on experience<br />25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off<br />5% matched pension<br />Health Cash Plan<br />Critical Illness Cover<br />Death in Service<br />Half day Friday<br />Opportunity to develop your engineering career within a growing manufacturing business What will you be doing?<br />Supporting the manufacture and introduction of electrical products<br />Working closely with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes<br />Reviewing engineering information to ensure products can be manufactured effectively<br />Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and engineering changes<br />Creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, drawings and Bills of Materials<br />Identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and production processes<br />Working with Design, Production, Purchasing and Quality teams to deliver projects successfully<br />Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues across the business Where will you be doing it?<br />You'll be joining an established engineering business specialising in the design and manufacture of electrical control systems and bespoke panel solutions.

What will you need?<br />Electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment<br />Understanding of electrical drawings, schematics or control systems<br />Experience with control panels, switchgear, automation or similar electrical systems would be beneficial<br />A good understanding of manufacturing processes and how products move from design into production<br />Ability to work with different teams including production, design and quality<br />A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn This role would suit someone from a Production Engineering, Electrical Design, Control Panel, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Technician or similar background looking to take the next step in their career.
