Voice Ops Support Engineer - Enteprise Core Voice Services

Voice Operations Engineer with extensive experience supporting Enterprise Core Voice Services, including Cisco, Ribbon sbc and MS Teams within large complex organisations. The role includes handling and managing all aspects of core voice services and responsible for supporting of Voice platforms and interconnectivity with Enterprise telephony, Contact Center, Transport, including external carrier. This will include the triage and resolution of Voice issues, experience with Service Now and MS Teams Voice provisioning is beneficial.
