Job Title: Java Microservices Lead with Python & AI Exposure

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices solutions
• Architect scalable and resilient distributed systems
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications where applicable
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+/11+, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Expertise in REST APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Good knowledge of Python development
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or AI-driven application integrations
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Ability to lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor development teams

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AI/GenAI.
