About the role:

Structural design for residential projects: loft conversions, extensions, internal alterations, and new builds<br />Commercial project support including warehouses and blue-chip clients<br />Conducting site surveys and structural assessments<br />Preparing structural reports, design calculations, and drawings using AutoCAD or Revit<br />Supporting project delivery from concept to construction<br />Business Development and Promoting the company to maintain relationshipsAbout you: BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering<br />Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience (residential sector preferred)<br />Strong ability in steel/timber design (beams and columns especially)<br />Confident communicator and self-starter<br />Working towards chartership, or chartered.<br />Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when neededWhat
