Agile Coach

Contract : Agile Coach : £450 per day Outside IR35 : 6 months : Hybrid London

We're partnering with a global client to find an experienced Agile Coach to drive transformation across their teams and help embed a genuine culture of agility.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation at scale, coaching multiple teams and stakeholders through their agile journey, and making a real, visible impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams and individuals on agile principles, frameworks, and mindsets (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models)
• Facilitate and improve key ceremonies, planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
• Identify systemic blockers and work with leadership to resolve them
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to raise team-level agile capability
• Support cultural and organisational change toward continuous improvement
• Provide visibility on team health, delivery metrics, and maturity progress to stakeholders

Contract Details

• Rate: £400 – £500 per day (Outside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid – London (2–3 days per week on-site)
• Availability: Immediate start
• Duration: 6 months rolling
