The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Tackle diverse challenges, from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service on the road.
• Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week from your home base.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make confident decisions.
