Senior Business Analyst - Lending Transformation Lead

Avanti Finance Group is seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a major lending transformation programme spanning Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on understanding current state lending operations, identifying gaps between Australia and New Zealand, and shaping a future state lending platform.

You'll lead workshops, map end-to-end lending workflows, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions across lending and finance systems.
