Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant – EPBCS & PBCS (Projects & Capital Modules)

Location: Remote + 1 week Travel to Maryland in month (Expenses Paid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

 

Job Overview

·       We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the Projects and Capital Asset Planning modules within EPBCS and PBCS. the selected resource will work closely with the outgoing team member to absorb existing design/configuration knowledge and ramp up quickly to take on ongoing responsibilities across the current Detailed Design phase, with continuation expected into Build & Deploy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead configuration, design, and build activities across the Projects and Capital modules within Oracle EPBCS/PBCS
  • Develop and maintain custom business rules, Groovy scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and workflow objects
  • Partner with the data/integration team to understand data flows, sourcing, and requirements feeding the application (FDMEE, EPM Automate, ERP/GL integrations)
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with the outgoing resource to ensure continuity of existing design decisions and configurations
  • Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders through Detailed Design, and continue into Build & Deploy phases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across OOTB and custom-built components

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, specifically EPBCS and PBCS
  • Proven expertise in both Projects and Capital Asset Planning modules
  • Solid experience with Groovy scripting, custom business rules, forms, dashboards, reports, and workflow configuration
  • Working knowledge of data integration concepts — FDMEE/Data Management, EPM Automate, and how data flows from ERP/GL into EPM
  • Ability to quickly absorb existing solution design through structured knowledge transfer and operate independently thereafter
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and data/integration resources)

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in capital-intensive industries (utilities, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Exposure to FCCS or ARCS within the broader EPM Cloud suite
  • Experience working through a Detailed Design → Build & Deploy lifecycle
