Audio-Visual Support Specialist

Location: West London (On-site, 5 days/week)
Contract: 12-Month FTC
Day rate: 188 - 225/day

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on AV & IT Support Specialist ( 65% AV, 35% IT) to manage 15-20 meeting rooms across our clients main hubs and support live corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

• AV Systems: Install, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Room Kits, Logitech, Jabra PanaCast, and Poly hardware.

• Live Events: Run live audio/visual setups-including multi-mic mixing, multi-camera configuration, cabling, and Dante audio balancing.

• IT Support: Provide core IT desktop, hardware, and network support for everyday user issues.

• Regional Travel: Occasional Travel to 8 other sites for event support and retrofits.

Requirements:

• Deep hands-on experience with Cisco, Logitech, Jabra, and Poly video conferencing systems.

• Practical event tech skills (mixers, microphones, Dante/Ethernet routing, live cameras).

• Solid foundation in general corporate IT desktop support.
