The Role • Engage directly with customers and decision-makers within an assigned territory to drive sales. • Ensure product availability and optimal presentation at retail locations by managing merchandising needs. • Construct and maintain attractive product displays, including end caps and shelf arrangements. • Execute product rotation and inventory tracking to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. • Act as a brand ambassador for world-famous consumer products. • Support retailers with in-store merchandising and promotional activities. What You'll Need • Comfort in engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. • At least 18 years of age. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
