Senior Benefits Analyst

Avanos Medical is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to design, analyze, and administer employee benefits programs in a complex, global healthcare technology environment. In this role, you will lead benefits benchmarking, cost modeling, and vendor evaluations to ensure plans are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our patient-focused culture. You will interpret regulations, manage annual enrollment, and drive process improvements. Partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders, you'll deliver clear benefits communications, support integrations, and provide analytical insights that enhance employee experience while managing healthcare and retirement plan costs.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
• Conduct benefits benchmarking, cost modeling, and trend analysis
• Lead annual enrollment planning, communication, and execution
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and other vendors
• Develop clear employee communications and tools on benefits programs
• Provide guidance to HR business partners and managers on benefits issues
• Support benefits plan audits, reporting, and reconciliations
• Identify and implement process and system improvements in benefits administration
• Support integration and harmonization of benefits for organizational changes and global initiatives
