About this role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software (DevOps, security, infrastructure, or data analytics) who has deep customer-facing experience and can bridge the gap between complex business problems and engineering execution.

You should be comfortable operating as the first PM at a 19-person seed-stage company and have a track record of running tailored demos for technical buyers, managing post-sale relationships, and translating customer needs into actionable engineering briefs.

Bonus points if you've built products from scratch or have experience in regulated industries.

What you'll do:

Design and run customized enterprise demos that win deals - understand customer workflows, evaluation criteria, and build compelling product presentations (not feature tours)
Take ownership of the full lifecycle of enterprise customer engagements, from pre-sales discovery through post-sale expansion
Work closely with the CEO, CTO, engineering team, and actuarial consultants to translate customer needs into concrete product requirements and engineer briefs
Build prototypes using AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to validate ideas and demonstrate solutions quickly
Lead multiple concurrent enterprise engagements with different timelines, stakeholders, and technical complexity - nothing drops
Identify patterns across customer engagements and bring insights back to the engineering team to inform product roadmap and scalable solutions
Own hard product requirements including auth, RBAC, approval workflows, and data governance - bridging the gap between domain specialists and engineers
