Hiring: Mortgage Live Underwriter (L2 - Non-QM) Mumbai

Salary: Up to 9.5 LPA + 50,000 Joining Bonus

Position: Mortgage Live Underwriter (L2 - Non-QM)

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience Required

• 2 to 4 years of Live Mortgage Underwriting experience
• Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting

Key Responsibilities

• Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit
• Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers
• Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans
• Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions
• Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents
• Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines
• Work on Encompass LOS
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Up to 9.5 LPA

Monthly In-hand Salary: 72,790

Monthly Performance Incentive: 2,750

Travel Allowance:

• 3,500 (Both Ways)
• 1,750 (One Way)
• Joining Bonus: 50,000 after successful completion of 3 months

Shift Details

• US Shift
• Shift Window: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• Rotational 9-hour shift
• Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
