• Distributed architecture, microservices-based
• Multiple global teams, but this role is for a co-located scrum team in Ohio
• Fast-paced, urgency-driven environment

• Strong Core Java + Spring Boot expertise (must be advanced level)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to handle high-pressure production systems
