Senior Microsoft Power Automate Consultant

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Power Automate Consultant with strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Manufacturing operations and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to streamline and automate complex operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and related Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Work closely with business and operations teams to understand supply chain workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate workflows with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, SQL, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Optimize and automate processes related to procurement, inventory management, logistics, order management, vendor coordination, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure performance, scalability, and governance compliance.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and mentor junior team members where required.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Canvas Apps
- Dataverse
- Cloud Flows
- Desktop Flows
- AI Builder
- Copilot Studio (mandatory requirement)
- Experience with Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 integrations, and API-based automation.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics business processes.
- Experience integrating with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI Builder, RPA, or intelligent document processing.
- Exposure to Azure services and Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred.
Certifications
Please look for profiles with at least one relevant Power Platform certification, such as:
- PL-900
- PL-400
- PL-500
- PL-600
Important Notes
- This position demands strong hands-on experience in Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Please note that we are not looking for candidates with primarily Dynamics 365 experience.
- Candidates should have at least one relevant Microsoft Power Platform certification.
