Full-Time Join a Prestigious Heritage Building Project in London We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join a leading London contractor, working within a unique and prestigious heritage building environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to develop their career while working on a diverse range of building systems in a fascinating setting. Initially offered as a contract role, this position provides a clear pathway to a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks independently.<br />Diagnose, fault-find, and repair electrical and mechanical building systems.<br />Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health &amp; safety regulations.<br />Maintain and service a variety of building services equipment, including:

HVAC systems and Air Handling Units (AHUs)<br />Lighting systems, testing, and repairs<br />Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting<br />Water temperature testing (L8 compliance)<br />Pumps, motors, actuators, and generators<br />3-phase electrical systems and UPS equipment<br />Basic heating systems, including pipework and heat exchangers What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in building services or facilities maintenance.<br />City &amp; Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent.<br />17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (preferred).<br />Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.<br />Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in a client-facing environment.<br />Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing workloads independently.
