About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity to build a career at the intersection of healthcare, technology and clinical operations. As a Clinical Applications Support Officer, you will gain exposure to enterprise radiology systems, workflow optimisation, AI enabled technologies and digital transformation initiatives while working closely with Radiologists, Operations teams, IT professionals and Applications Specialists across the PRP network.
You will play an important role in supporting the reliable day to day operation of critical clinical systems. Working across RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition and associated workflow applications, you will provide responsive support to Radiologists and practice teams, helping to ensure efficient, high quality patient care and service delivery.
You will also contribute to the implementation, adoption and optimisation of new technologies, including emerging AI enabled workflow solutions. Working alongside experienced Applications Specialists and the broader IT team, you will develop specialist knowledge of clinical systems, radiology workflows and healthcare technology while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the PRP network.
This position provides an excellent foundation for long term career development, with pathways into Applications Specialist, Training, Project Delivery, Digital Transformation and leadership focused positions as your skills and experience grow.
About You- Experience in medical imaging, healthcare operations, clinical applications or healthcare technology
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Passion for technology and improving user experience
- Ability to build relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Exposure to RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition or healthcare systems highly regarded
