The Role • Perform tyre fitting, replacement, and repair services for customers at their homes. • Conduct a range of automotive services including dash-cam fitting, battery replacement, air-con services, windscreen repairs, oil changes, and tow-bar fitting. • Utilize smart technology to navigate routes and manage service appointments efficiently. • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing motoring needs directly on customer driveways. • Troubleshoot and resolve common vehicle maintenance issues. • Contribute to the company's expansion in motoring services and electric mobility. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in vehicle repair is highly desirable. • Strong customer service skills and experience in interacting with clients. • Proven ability to problem-solve and work independently with initiative. • A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry. • A current, valid driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. • Commitment to providing high-quality service directly to customers.
