Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in enterprise environments using Tableau Desktop.
• Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, data modeling, performance optimization, and integrating data from enterprise systems and data warehouses.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, develop KPI-driven reporting solutions, ensure data quality.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in government or other regulated environments.
• Experience supporting workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational reporting initiatives.
