The Role

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients.
• Grow and retain an assigned book of business through active client engagement and relationship management.
• Acquire new client relationships through business development and networking.
• Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, presenting sound financial recommendations.
• Coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify and drive investment opportunities.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and make referrals to internal business partners.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) licenses are required.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses are required.
• Strong client prospecting, relationship building, and sales skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of investment strategies.
