Kafka & Confluent Tech Support Engineer - Hybrid

IBM Australia Limited is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Confluent to help our customers maximize value from real-time data streaming. You will work at the intersection of service delivery and engineering, diagnosing and resolving issues across Confluent deployments while collaborating with the Kafka team.

You will build strong customer relationships, contribute to knowledge base, and provide feedback to product teams to improve reliability and documentation.
