The RoleThis is a pivotal role within a close-knit, highly successful Project Management division. You will take ownership of high-quality commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London, managing schemes from initial feasibility (RIBA Stage 0) through to final handover (RIBA Stage 7).
Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large-scale Cat A and Cat B commercial office fit-out projects.
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including design consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary interface for prestigious corporate landlords, developers, and global tenants.
Establish and oversee comprehensive project programmes, risk registers, and procurement strategies.
Administer building contracts (primarily JCT) and maintain strict cost control and project governance throughout the development lifecycle.
We are looking for an experienced, client-facing professional who possesses excellent technical knowledge of workplace design, design coordination, and construction methodologies.
Requirements:MRICS Qualification is essential (Chartered Project Manager, Building Surveyor, or Quantity Surveyor pathway).
Proven experience delivering Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs within a London consultancy or real estate advisory environment.
Strong knowledge of UK procurement strategies and JCT contract administration.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solution-led approach with a sharp eye for detail.
Financial: Base salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience), an excellent performance-related bonus scheme, and a generous pension contribution.
