Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, i.e., Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 1 5 years of experience.
• Successfully completed training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.
• Knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology.
• Knowledge of basic chemistry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a resource for the technical maintenance and installation of the products for assigned product lines.
• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, installation, and technical updates on company products.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures as necessary.
• Document all activity in a manner compliant with the company's quality procedures.
• Adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
• Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions.

Skills:

• Effective customer service skills, including a positive attitude and helpful customer interaction.
• Ability to travel, including some overnight travel.
