Job Description – Java Full Stack Developer

Location: 100% Remote
Experience: 10+ Years

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AWS Cloud to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud-native application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js or Angular.
  • Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Integrate applications with relational databases and third-party services.
  • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD deployments and cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.
  • Strong experience with AWS Cloud services.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and modern development tools.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect) is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
