In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure our machines operate at peak performance.<br />The PersonWe are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in electromechanical servicing, ideally within the coffee industry or as a field service engineer. Candidates with experience in related sectors will also be considered, including:•Vending machines•Commercial catering equipment•Hot taps and plumbed water coolers•White goods•Warewashing equipmentThis role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact with clients daily.
