The Role • Deliver expert mechanical repair, diagnosis, and emergency breakdown support to members on the roadside. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery replacements, tyre changes, and complex fault finding. • Provide reassurance and excellent customer service to members in need. • Operate autonomously, making sound technical decisions for each roadside situation. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence.
