The Role • Lead and manage a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring optimal staffing and performance. • Recruit, interview, and train new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Develop staff through ongoing coaching, training, and skill development in sales and customer service. • Drive financial performance by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded. • Ensure sales activities and lead generation targets are consistently achieved through proactive action plans. • Maintain high standards of quality control in sales presentations, club tours, and member interactions.
