Key Responsibilities
Resolve incident tickets efficiently and effectively.
Fulfill service catalog requests in a timely manner.
Complete release and change management tickets.
Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks.
Ensure proper access management to enhance compliance and user experience.

Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in supporting Identity Management and Governance services.
Proficiency in managing security vulnerabilities and configuration changes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Experience with rotational on-call duties.
