Lead Python Software Engineer (70% Python | 30% Data Engineering)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Software Engineer with strong backend development expertise and hands-on Data Engineering experience. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building scalable Python applications, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions, along with ETL/data pipeline development.

Required Skills :

8+ years of Python development experience
Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
REST APIs & Microservices
Docker & Kubernetes
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Data Engineering (30%)
ETL/ELT pipeline development
PySpark or Apache Spark
Airflow or AWS Glue
Kafka or other messaging platforms
Data ingestion, transformation, and optimization
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Python backend applications.
Build REST APIs and microservices.
Develop and maintain ETL/data pipelines.
Deploy cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
