Associate Solutions Engineer

Midland States Bank is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to support technology solutions across our community-focused banking platform. In this role, you'll assist with implementing, configuring, and testing banking and treasury systems, working closely with business, IT, and vendor teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, performing data analysis, and preparing user documentation.
