The Role • Conduct field-based sales for HVAC/plumbing/electrical system repairs, replacements, and small commercial projects. • Identify system issues and propose practical, cost-effective solutions to facility managers and ownership groups. • Assess system performance and recommend appropriate solutions. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice. What You'll Need • A minimum of three years of field trade experience is required. • At least one year of sales experience in a similar field is preferred. • In-depth knowledge of industrial/commercial HVAC systems. • Strong client relations and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
