Job Title: SAP Program Manager – ECC to S/4HANA RISE (Aerospace & Defense)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Travel: Up to 20% - Expenses paid.
Duration: 6 months

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a large-scale ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE 2025 transformation for a leading Aerospace & Defense organization. This role will own end-to-end program delivery, partnering with business leaders, IT, SAP, and system integrators to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation from planning through hypercare.
• Manage program scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change management.
• Drive PMO, steering committees, RAID management, executive reporting, and vendor governance.
• Partner with business and IT leadership to align program objectives with business goals.
• Oversee testing (SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression), cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and compliance challenges.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Program/Project Management experience.
• Managed 2+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including 1+ ECC to S/4HANA migration.
• Experience delivering large, multi-million-dollar enterprise SAP programs.
• Aerospace & Defense or regulated manufacturing experience (DCAA, FAR/DFARS, ITAR preferred).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, MM, SD/OTC, PP, PS, EWM)
  • RISE with SAP
  • SAP Activate methodology
• Proven leadership managing SI partners and multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent executive stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to work hybrid in Seattle, WA and travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate PM certification.
• Experience with SAP programs in GovCloud/secure environments.
• Big 4 or System Integrator consulting background.
