Note: Candidates must be genuine Data Scientists with demonstrated hands-on experience in modelling, optimisation, and production deployment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a true Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in statistical modelling, optimisation, and production-grade machine learning solutions. This role requires both analytical depth and the ability to deploy models into production environments.

Must-Have Skills:

• Causal modelling / causal inference

• Optimisation experience (operations research, mathematical optimisation, or related techniques)

• Production ML skills (model deployment, monitoring, and scalable production systems)

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis

• Ability to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience working with large-scale retail, e-commerce, or consumer data

• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps practices
