Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLM application development, RAG architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering, and cloud-native AI platforms. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI Orchestration
• Strong experience building Enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Multi-Modal AI solutions
• Expertise in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong knowledge of NLP, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and AI Model Evaluation
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and software architecture
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or AWS Bedrock
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, AI Governance, and AI Security
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps
• Exposure to DevOps, Data Engineering, and enterprise-scale AI deployments
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and leading AI transformation initiatives
