Job Description

Not open to third party vendors, No Corp to Corp, No Visas/Sponsorship

Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday in Springfield, MO 65899

The Technician will be supporting a significant laptop refresh / migration effort and will be responsible for:

  • Laptop deployments and migrations
  • End-user setup and support Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix activities
  • Peripheral support (monitors, docks, printers, phones)
  • User communications and scheduling Coordination with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and project teams
  • General deskside support activities throughout the migration effort

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands-on Deskside Support experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with laptop refreshes, hardware deployments, and user migrations
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow is preferred
