Snr Software Developer Gov Remote -£800 per day Inside IR35

A Government organisation is urgently looking for an SC Cleared Senior Software Developer to join the organisation until end of March 2027 on a remote basis Inside IR35 but work 1 day per week onsite out of multiple locations.

The purpose of the role is to develop and support copilot agents and power automate solutions that meet user requirements, assisting in the implementation of new technologies, and suggesting improvements to the application development process.

Requirements:

Significant demonstrable experience designing, developing, testing and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including creating agent instructions, prompts, topics, actions, guardrails and knowledge sources.

Experience of translating business requirements into effective agent designs and continuously improving agent performance and response quality.

Strong experience of developing and administering solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse and environment

Demonstrable experience analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across AI agents, automation solutions and supporting platforms.
