- Design enterprise-grade Appian solution architectures leveraging Appian BPM, Appian RPA, and Appian AI to transform critical provider workflows. - Develop comprehensive architecture blueprints defining component responsibilities, integration patterns, data flows, and performance/scalability targets. - Ensure alignment with organizational standards for security, compliance, resilience, and long-term maintainability across all Appian solutions. - Translate complex provider-domain requirements into optimized Appian designs by collaborating with product, business, and infrastructure teams. - Lead end-to-end Appian RPA implementations, including process selection, automation boundaries, exception handling, orchestration, scheduling, and governance models. - Optimize Appian RPA performance and throughput by analyzing runtime metrics, resolving bottlenecks, refining bot design, and optimizing resource allocation. - Implement Appian AI-driven decisioning patterns to enhance provider data insights, streamline case triage, and improve routing and prioritization logic. - Ensure responsible and compliant AI usage, maintaining transparency, auditability, and ethical standards within regulated healthcare environments. - Review and govern Appian solution deliverables (process models, SAIL interfaces, data structures, integrations) to enforce architectural standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks across the SDLC.
- Define and validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) including availability, scalability, performance, and resilience through testing, monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
