Key Qualifications:
- Profound experience in integrating SAP TM with core SAP modules (EWM, MM, SD) or external logistics software solutions (3PL/4PL interfaces).
- In-depth understanding of the transportation and logistics sector, including freight operations and logistics service provider management.
- Official SAP certification in Transportation Management or related Supply Chain Management sectors.
- Proven track record with Agile methodologies as well as other project management approaches.

Position Summary:
Adept at steering complex SAP TM projects, we are on the lookout for a Senior SAP TM Consultant who can navigate our clients through the intricacies of implementing SAP Transportation Management solutions. The candidate should exhibit exceptional solution architecting skills, offer leadership to project resources, and act as a reliable source of SAP TM knowledge for our clientele. Advanced technical acumen in SAP TM, stellar interpersonal abilities, and a knack for nurturing upcoming talent are pivotal for this role, combined with a commitment to stellar project executions.

Main Duties:
-Client Partnerships
• Foster strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their operational workflow, elicit necessities, and identify system gaps.
• Advise on SAP TM practices that align with client needs and global benchmarks.
• Facilitate and lead client-centric sessions such as workshops, product demonstrations, and educational programs.

-Technical & Functional Sagacity:
• Drive configuration tasks for SAP TM modules that cover:
o Transit Planning
o Cargo Order Supervision
o Logistics Partner Selection & Bidding
o Execution Monitoring of Freight
o Financial Aspects of Logistics Handling & Settlements
• Draft comprehensive functional specifications for system enhancements, integration needs, and bespoke developments.
• Liaise with IT teams to guarantee flawless communication between SAP ECC/S4HANA and other application interfaces.

-Leadership & Professional Development:
• Offer mentorship to less experienced consultants on SAP TM concepts, project responsibilities, and their professional growth.
• Support the team in troubleshooting, strategic design choices, and project task fulfillment.
• Instill a spirit of teamwork and peak performance in service delivery.
