Lead Data Modeler (Credit Modeling)
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite per week)
Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data modeling initiatives for banking and credit-related domains.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Data Program, Lending & Credit Division, and Enterprise Data Modeling team.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design and maintain logical and conceptual data models supporting credit and lending initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and compliance across data models.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional communication.
• Support reporting and analytics teams with well-structured data models.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Data Modeling and Data Management.
• Strong banking domain experience, with mandatory Credit/Lending data modeling experience.
• Experience leading data modeling initiatives and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Power BI
• Databricks
• Enterprise Data Modeling tools (ERwin, ER/Studio, or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
