Job Description

The Engagement

Large ECC (on HANA) → S/4HANA 2025 brownfield conversion on RISE with SAP; 78-week, six-cycle program.
Numeric is prime and owns delivery end to end; blended US + India team; specialist transformation tooling in play.

The Role

Own the end-to-end conversion architecture: cycle strategy, quality gates, runbook, go/no-go criteria.
Own the downtime strategy (downtime-optimized SUM and/or selective data transition) and validate it across two dress rehearsals.
Set the custom code remediation strategy (~10,000 ATC findings) — automation-first factory, Clean Core governance.
Lead tooling and partner integration (SNP, smartShift or comparable) and RISE/SAP ECS technical alignment.
Design authority in front of client architecture and executive leadership; support orals during selection.

Must Have

3+ completed ECC → S/4HANA brownfield conversions as lead architect, multi-TB scale, at least one production cutover led personally.
Hands-on SNP (Kyano/CrystalBridge/ BLUEFIELD) and/or smartShift experience — both is a differentiator, deep in one is acceptable.
Client-facing gravitas; able to write and defend evidence-based proposal content.

Nice to Have

Consumer products / retail / manufacturing background.
